I keep thinking Jamal would be a dangerous dangerous fit for Denver.
Dallas has 2 very stout backs in Barber & Jones, Lewis would be a much better fit for a team such as Cleveland or Oakland who dont have stand out backs.

What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.
i totally agree with that as well he has that power and maybe could take a little load off cutler
I think Lewis is pretty used up, kind of like Eddie George was there at the end

Lewis will be a Raven again. They released him last year or the year before too. It's just to redo his contract and what not. But I think he hit his prime earlier in his career, and now is starting to not so great seasons.
Kinda like the complete opposite of Thomas Jones.
Both come in the same year, Thomas has not so great seasons to begin, and Jamal is having great seasons. Now TJ is having his great seasons and Jamal isn't.
But I'm a Ravens fan, and a Jamal Lewis fan! So I'm pulling for him to come back!
I'm not sure if everybody remembers, but back in that draft with TJ and Jamal, everybody thought Baltimore was taking Thomas Jones in the draft, and then they hit Jamal Lewis. I'm happy though!
he will probably re-sign with the ravens, but it would be nice to see the Packers pick up him and Randy Moss. I'm not a Packers fan, but it would be fun to see what Favre could do with these two players on his team.
"It never got weird enough for me" HST
These teams throwing money around like its nothing are going to be in big trouble. Giving Nate Clements 80 million dollars isnt going to help your team nearly as much as what your paying for.
That was a great draft steer, if I recall correctly, TJ went 7th to the cards, Burress went 8th to the steelers and the bears settled for some no name kid named Urlacher at 9.
One of the better bargains is when the 'hawks drafted Alexander in the middle to late round 1. I felt like he was the best of the 3 and I still believe that.
i dont care, we had the room, and clements is a good pick up.
a. thomas would have been nice too, but just couldnt do it after the clements deal.
